Always verify legally decisive information against the official publication on Curia, EUR-Lex or the Publications Office. In the event of differences, later corrections or new versions, the authentic or definitive version designated there takes precedence.

We aim for accurate, broad and current coverage, but cannot guarantee that every case, language version, procedural step or recent change is immediately included. Provisional texts may be supplemented, changed or replaced by the official source.
